Hello! My name is Ali and I live in the New Forest with my husband, our teenage son, and our Welsh Springer Spaniel, Mollie!
I am so excited to introduce you to ‘Wizz and Fizz’ my new series of children’s story and nature activity books.
My characters and stories have been inspired by my volunteering adventures at Four Acre Farm, a local ‘no-dig’ market garden in Ringwood.
When I’m not gardening or writing, I can mostly be found walking in the forest, talking to plants, or maybe hugging a tree or two…. or even a scarecrow!
From the rustling leaves to the buzzing bees, my heart skips a beat from the beauty of nature all around us. I love sharing the magic of our amazing natural world with children – through my books and through ‘Green Shoots’, a children’s gardening club I run at the farm.
