Bertie and Betty are the two youngest Brussels sprouts growing in the greenhouse at Dilly-Dally Farm. These little green bundles of energy are full of excitement and fun, especially when they start bouncing up and down together — they look just like one big green bouncing ball!
In autumn and winter, Bertie, Betty, and all their sprout friends roll out of the greenhouse to get to work. Their favourite job is rolling over and over on the new vegetable beds to smooth out the fresh compost — it’s messy, and so much fun!
Bertie and Betty love to hop into the wheelbarrow for a speedy ride around the farm, and they’re always giggling as they throw compost at each other! These two cheeky sprouts bring so much joy and laughter to the farm that their friends don’t even mind getting splattered by mistake!
Bertie and Betty may be small but they bring big fun to Dilly-Dally Farm!
