Chester the Chive is a very wise old herb — a gentle, fatherly presence on the farm that everyone turns to when they need advice or a listening ear. With a deep, low voice that makes the whole farm stop and listen, Chester speaks slowly and thoughtfully, always choosing his words carefully.
He’s the first to hear news from near and far, and whenever there’s a problem or a question, Wizz and his friends know just where to find him. Chester has a kind, reassuring smile and a long dusty lilac moustache which he often pulls when he’s deep in thought.
In the summer, Chester blooms with the prettiest purple flowers, like tiny pom-poms dotted all along his stalks. Quiet, steady, and full of wisdom, Chester is a friend and guide to all the plants at Dilly-Dally Farm.
